A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking once all details have been confirmed to you. There are no formal entrance fees or tickets to visit the Bio Temple or Pulo Guelis Mosque. However, there are local contributions and community fees required on-site, which are included in the total price to support the strength of our partnership community collaborations and to ensure the safety, the use of facilities and respectfulness of both the visitors and locals exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a tour booking 24 hours prior to departure will result in no refund. It includes failure to be at the pickup point, at the designated time. A full refund of the tour payment will be refunded if the cancellation is made 48hours or more before the appointed tour date.
Although tours depart at the time specified on the website, we will appreciate it if you arrive at the pickup point 10 minutes prior to the tour check-in time. We reserve the right to change the itineraries or cancel the tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions and/or guest safety. Guests will receive a 100% refund is this occurs.
Other Information
Confirmation will be received at the time of booking. Our tours include outdoor experiences and short walks so please wear appropriate footwear. We do not recommend wearing high-heels shoes as it would not be suitable for the type of activities in the tour.
We have stops where refreshments may be purchased. However, it is your responsibility to bring additional items such as sufficient drinking water, a sunblock, snacks, and any items you may need during your journey.
